Unreliable sources last month reported that Angelina Jolie wants Brad Pitt to give up any claim on her children in their prenup agreement. The person I refer to for casual opinions on legal matters doubts that such an agreement would be enforceable. The person I refer to about emotional parental matters, namely me, doubts that Brad would be that willing to sign such an agreement.
