The Dominican Republic is the only country that shares a border with volatile Haiti. It has a large military force for a country of it's small size. Part of this force is presently maintaining a secure perimeter around the area where Angelina Jolie, Robert Deniro and Matt Damon are filming 'The Good Shepard'.
